This is It Apartment

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Unfortunately no kids under the age of 5 years. The unit is self catering. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, induction stove, kettle, toaster and bar fridge. Guest are requested to bring their own food and drinks and own toiletries. Portable braai (BBQ)is available. Guest are welcome to use the pool, kids must be under parental supervision. Come and enjoy a peaceful, quiet stay with us. The space For a homely, earthy experience, come and stay overnight at This Is It! Our apartment is set in the country, surrounded by an indigenous garden, plenty of birds, the night time sounds of bush babies and grazing buck, just 15km outside the city. The unit consist of a bedroom with two comfortable single beds, a lounge area with a couch that converts into a comfortable double bed, kitchen with kettle,induction stove, microwave and bar fridge. Coffee tea and milk are supplied. The bathroom has a lovely corner bath and shower. Pricing are per person per night. We speak Afrikaans. Our apartment is conveniently situated for guests who arrive at OR Tambo on their way to Kruger National Park, Limpopo Province, Botswana, Zimbabwe or Mozambique to take a day or two to stock up on groceries and meat to take along on their safari. The nearest shopping mall are only 20 minutes away where one can also indulge in the eating experience of the many restaurants. On the way back from your safari come and overnight for a night or two to relax and recuperate you bush experience before flying back home. We are located near a number of wedding venues for those guests who are attending a wedding and do not want to drive back home late at night and rather sleep over. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the pool. Children must be under parental guidance if using the pool. A portable braai is available where you can enjoy your own braai in front of the unit, while experiencing the last rays of sunlight filtering through the bush. Save parking are in front of the unit under a carport. Other things to note We are off grid and 100% on solar power. I want to mention a few points on the solar power system. 1. Hot water will be available in the afternoon. 2. No electric heaters are alowed. 3. Electric blankets are allowed. Please note that we are situated on a smallholding with gravel roads. From the main road there are about 3km of gravel road to get to our establishment. In the rainy season the roads could be a little intimidating if you travel with a sports car or a small car. I will not accept any bookings if you are booking on behalf of someone else. If you need to book in earlier, it can be arranged, please let me know. A few lovely restaurants are situated nearby to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
