Beautiful house near Leiden

A stunning family house! Uniquely decorated, lovely garden and everything you need in the kitchen! Disclaimer: The house isn’t suited for families with young children who can’t swim. It has direct access to a canal, without any protective fence or barrier. Please do not book if you have children who can’t swim or who just are beginner swimmers Although there will be no dogs or cat in the house during your stay, it’s best not to book if you are strongly allergice to cats and dogs. The space This lovely house is located in a residential neighborhood in a village at a stone’s throw from Leiden. Fireplace, garden, veranda, washing machine and dryer A garden with a trampoline for kids above 8 years old All the kitchen tools are provided, microwave oven, regular oven, toast machine, Kitchen aid machine and you have your own fridge Uniquely decorated master bedroom with your own balcony Electric bed and TV with free Netflix Free parking 10 minutes away by bike to the city center of Leiden 25 minutes away from Leiden central by bus (every 15 to 20 minutes) Tv with Netflix and all the channels of the world (almost) Extras: -5€ for the use of washing machine - 8€ for the purchase of a bag of wood mi Guest access Guests are totally independent They can access the whole property (apart from the garage/studio where the owner might be staying) Other things to note - Cameras: The house is equipped with an alarm system. The guests won't have to use it. However this alarm system comes with 2 cameras that are located in the corner of the living room and in the hallway upstairs. These cameras are intended for the security company and no recordings will be made of the Guests. - Cat There is a cat in the house, but he can be left outside in case guests are allergic House rules * To prevent excessive noise (neighbors) Leiderdorp is a residential village, very quiet and beautiful. People are quiet at night and you will only hear the sound of frogs. Talking outside at night (even in a normal way) will be very disturbing for neighbors and might wake them up. - after 22:00: please no music, talk softly in the garden and by the front door - after 23:00: garden silent, please close the door of the veranda if you speak loud in it, as the noise will propagate in the garden. * Smoking No smoking at the front door or inside the house (you can smoke in the veranda) * Lights Please switch off all the lights before you leave the house or before you go to bed. * Barbecue Please don’t use logs to make the barbecue (makes too much smoke) Only use coal or brickets.
