Cozy newly restored fisherman's house in the old Marstal, close to the harbor. Price includes towels and electricity, water and heating usage. The house must be cleaned by the tenant upon departure. The house is 94 m² on two floors. The 1st floor has - 2 bedrooms (double beds) - one with a morning terrace and views of the harbor. The ground floor has an entrance, kitchen with microwave, underfloor heating, fridge/freezer/dishwasher, bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine/dryer, corner room with fireplace, 1 double sofa bed. Garden furniture and barbecue. The space The house is originally from around 1850, but has been newly restored and today appears as a very charming and authentic home with lots of coziness. The small streets, alleys and side streets ("Snorrer") make the neighborhood extra charming. The harbor/water is 50-100 m from the home. Approx. 500 m to the beach with a jetty. A parking space has now been established in connection with the house. Minimum 5 nights. Guest access The whole house and the little annex. The workshop is private. In the annex, there is also a double sofa bed, which can be used instead of the sofa bed in the corner room, so bedding in the living room is avoided. Other things to note Cleaning: The house must be cleaned before departure. Here are a few keywords about our expectations: • Generally, dust should be wiped off – possibly with a damp cloth throughout the house, so that the house for the new tenants appears as most of us expect to find a house that has just been cleaned. • Check that the dishwasher is empty and the refrigerator is clean and tidy (no "used" leftovers in the refrigerator) / Kitchen table tidy and clean. / Trash bags are emptied and fresh bags are put in. / The oven is cleaned and tidy. • Floors are washed in the kitchen and bathroom and other rooms as needed • Toilet, sink and shower are thoroughly cleaned / Check that the washing machine and dryer are emptied • The annex is vacuumed and washed as needed. Cushions / pillows / etc. are put in place • Used towels and any used bed linen are placed on the bathroom floor. Shopping: There is only one grocery store in Marstal. It is a SuperBrugs, which in turn is one of the best stocked and most delicious of its kind. It's a pleasure to shop here and they have a fantastic butcher department and a bakery department that opens at 7:00 am. In Ærøskøbing there is a similarly nice "Netto" store, if you prefer, and finally there is a newly opened Daglig Brugs in Søby.
