Cozy newly restored fisherman's house in old Marstal, close to the harbor. Price incl. towels and use of electricity, water and heating. The house must be cleaned by the tenant upon departure. The house is 94m ² on two floors. 1st floor has - 2 bedrooms (double beds) - one with morning terrace and view towards the harbor. The ground floor has an entrance, kitchen with microwave, underfloor heating, refrigerator/freezer/dishwasher, bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine/dryer, corner room with wood-burning stove, 1 double sofa bed. Garden furniture and barbecue. The space The house is originally from around 1850, but is newly restored and today appears as a very charming and authentic home with lots of coziness. The small streets, alleys, and dirt roads (“Snorner”) make the neighborhood extra charming. The harbor/water is located 50-100 meters from the property. About 500 meters to the beach with a jetty. There is now an established parking space in connection with the house. Minimum 5 nights. Guest access The whole house and the small annex. The workshop is private. In the annex there is also a double sofa bed, which can be used instead of the sofa bed in the angle living room, so that there is avoiding bedding in the living room. Other things to note Cleaning: The house must be cleaned before departure. Here are a few keywords about our expectations: • In general, dust is wiped off – possibly with a damp cloth everywhere in the house, so that the house for the new tenants appears as most of us expect to find a house that has just been cleaned. • Check that the dishwasher is empty and the refrigerator is clean and tidy (no "used" leftovers in the refrigerator) / Kitchen table tidy and clean. / Trash bags are emptied and fresh bags are put in. / The oven is cleaned and tidy. • Floors are washed in the kitchen and bathroom and other rooms as needed • Toilet, sink and shower are cleaned thoroughly / Check that the washing machine and dryer are empty • The annex is vacuumed and washed as needed. Cushions / pillows / etc. are put in place • Used towels and any used bed linen should be placed on the floor in the bathroom. Purchasing: There is only one grocery store in Marstal. It's a SuperBrugs, which on the other hand is one of the most well-stocked and delicious. It's a pleasure to shop here and they have a fantastic butcher department and a bakery department that opens at In Ærøskøbing there is a similarly delicious “Netto” shop, if you are more into it and finally there is a newly built Daily Brugs in Søby.
