The space The decor includes a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, accommodating a total of 4 overnight guests. The kitchen, all-room and living room form a coherent space that creates a pleasant atmosphere. Large and beautifully designed wooden terraces extend to the south, west and north, allowing for sunny living areas throughout the day. On the south terrace, there is a barbecue that invites you to cozy outdoor meals. To achieve energy optimization, a heat pump has been installed that contributes to an environmentally friendly and economical heating of the house. This ensures a comfortable temperature all year round and makes the stay even more sustainable. Electricity is used for heating the house and domestic water, so electricity consumption depends on the number of people and the season of the rental. The electricity meter is read on arrival and departure, and payment is settled in accordance with the applicable specification. The price is DKK 4 per kWh.
