The Bottom Pigsty at Fowl Green Farm

Bottom Pigsty The Bottom Pigsty is a mezzanine style cottage. The downstairs space is an open-plan living area with a separate wet room shower, basin and toilet. There is a kitchen area with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and all the appliances and crockery, pans and oven wear you will need for your stay. There is a TV, Wi-Fi and USB sockets. Upstairs is a mezzanine overlooking the lower level. Sleeping is in double bed and a single with trundle (sleeping 4 comfortably in one space. The space Monday to Friday, the farm can be quite busy and noisy as well as day to day farm tasks we also have Beyond Boundaries group running activities on site and sharing the farm yard 09:30 - 15:00. Weekends are quite a contract quite and tranquil. Very little happens on a weekend. The Bottom pigsty can be booked along side The CowByre (2 bedrooms sleeps up to 5) and The Barn ( 3 bedrooms sleeps up to 8) Comfortably accommodating 17 guests all in our farmyard. Guest access You can have access to the farmyard where there is seating areas and the shared laundry room onsite. We have a communal space, the Cartshed great for families and friends to get together it has a log burner, tv and seating. The Farms barn is out of bounds for guests without our supervision due to machinery and livestock. Other things to note Our cottages are strictly 🚭 no smoking. You are welcome to use the bbq onsite. We have fire pits for guests to use too. Accommodation is suitable for dogs up to a medium size and no more than 2 with prior arrangement (we charge £10 per dog). We love to welcome dogs but do have a few rules. We ask that dogs don’t share beds with humans and that the farm yard is not used as a toilet for dogs. There is a huge green space directly outside the farmyard which you are welcome to use as a doggy toileting area. Please pick up your dogs poo and dispose of it on any of the green bins at the farm. We also ask that dogs aren’t left unattended in any of the cottages or communal spaces. Why not order your shopping to be delivered for your stay.
