A green oasis on the mountain road

This spacious apartment on 115 m² area with two balconies, is located in the attic, south/west facing, very bright and open, in the middle of the green of the Odenwald, high-quality designed in the Mediterranean style. Guests from all over the world and their *animal friends are welcome! Enjoy the tranquility of the front Odenwald and still be quickly on the highway towards the south, e.g. Heidelberg, or north (Frankfurt). Extensive hiking routes start right at your doorstep. The space The living space is about 115 square meters and includes 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, 2 balconies, facing south and north. The kitchen is fully equipped, gas hob, electric stove, dishwasher, Senseo, toaster, etc. If required, the fireplace can be used for additional heating or for cuddling on a cozy summer evening. PLEASE USE ONLY APPROVED WOOD BRICKETS!! Other things to note NEW! Due to the new transmission mast, a mobile phone network is fully available throughout the village. *For dogs, cats and mice we charge an additional fee of 10 euros/day/animal. Please do not leave dogs alone in the apartment and do not leave them in bed or on the sofa, thank you. In this regard, we also ask for the gentle treatment of the parquet floor. For dogs that shed a lot of hair, a vacuum cleaner is available in SZ2, with which we ask you to vacuum roughly in order to avoid additional payments for additional cleaning costs. Please note that in the living area, as well as the kitchen and bathroom, mostly natural materials were used and these are therefore very susceptible to dirt. The surfaces, in particular the worktop in the kitchen, should therefore be cleaned or dried after use, and no hot objects should be placed on them. Since it is unfortunately not possible to indicate in the information on the equipment under the heading "coffee machine," we would like to point out again that this is a Senseo machine. In the apartment there is an organic waste bin and yellow bag waste (plastic waste). Please put residual waste in the black bin below. In the courtyard there is 1 car parking space included in the price. PLEASE NOTE! The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests! Larger groups, visitors, etc. who are in the apartment, even if only during the day, please register in advance.
