There are 500 miles of shoreline on this 40 mile long, 20,000 acre lake. If you have your own boat, you can launch it at nearby Mitchell's Point Marina and dock it at the Cabin's dock. Boat rentals and wave runners are available at several lake locations. From our location it is about 1000 feet to the main channel of the lake. For the fisherman, we are located on Witcher Creek where the stripers spawn. The lake is stocked with bass, muskies, northern pike, and other small game fish. Dog friendly! Dogs are allowed on the property and have a wonderful time at the lake. However, please do not leave them alone. Even though your dog may be comfortable alone at home, dogs are often frightened when left in a strange place and can cause substantial damage. Cats are not allowed.
