Situated in a peaceful setting, in an AONB with far reaching views over the High Weald of Sussex Battenhurst Meadow B&B is frequently visited by local wildlife and garden birds. We have 2 spacious and light en-suite bedrooms available, one family and one double room with TV and wi-fi access. There is a choice of Full English or Continental breakfast served with orange juice and tea, coffee or hot chocolate options. Should you have special dietary requirements please ask. The space Local attractions include Bedgebury Pinetum (Go-Ape), Bewl Water (Aqua Park) and Batemans (home of Rudyard Kipling) there is also Scotney Castle and Pashley Manor Gardens close by. Why not visit Bodiam Castle and then take a boat trip up the Rother to the Bodiam Boating Station for lunch or afternoon tea or try one of our local pubs for a delicious meal. A half hour car journey and you can be at the coast or the historic Cinque Port town of Rye is only a 45 minute drive away. If you like walking take a trip to the beautiful Seven Sisters Country Park between Eastbourne and Seaford. London is only a 75 minute train journey away.
