Located 2.5 km and only a few minutes drive from the center of Karpenisi, its location offers short escapes to the surrounding villages and the ski center. The space Our house is an independent maisonette of Finnish type with a total area of 124 sq.m. and its own courtyard and parking space. It is recent construction as it was completed within the year 2017. According to the original design, which had an ecological approach, during the construction of the house in question, natural materials and high quality insulating materials were used, with the aim of reaching the lowest possible thermal transmittance coefficient (better insulated house) in combination with the lowest possible CO2 footprint to the environment. There is a hot water system for use throughout the 24-hour period and an independent heating system with a high temperature heater and autonomy for both levels. The aforementioned systems work combined using solar panels and a heat pump. It consists of two levels, a semi-basement and an elevated ground floor, with surfaces of 67 sq.m. and 57 sq.m. respectively. On the lower level are three spacious and sunny bedrooms as well as a bathroom with an individual cabin which has a hot tub and a sauna. The upper level, attached by an internal staircase with the bottom, is for an open plan space with large glass surfaces, where there is a cozy living room with a breathtaking view of Veluhi, a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and equipment, a free modern fireplace in the middle, and a bathroom with shower. Also there are two balconies, one in front of the main entrance and one on the side of the kitchen. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and all spaces, both outside and inside, except for certain storage areas in the two bedroom closets, which are locked and closed due to personal belongings.
