This old barn, completely renovated, surrounded by woods and meadows, will offer you a peaceful and relaxing stay for all the family in the countryside! Near the woods, you will be able to walk easily on the hiking trails or jog in the morning! Here you will take a breath of fresh air, you will enjoy the calm, tranquility, not to mention a spacious swimming pool and a pool house with sanitary, garden furniture and barbecue!! Great for nature lovers!! The space Description: Our cottage installed in a renovated former Girondine barn (classified as a tourist furnished). Surrounded by meadows and woods, the site is conducive to rest and relaxation, ideal for a holiday in the countryside for families or friends. Inside: Comfortable and spacious, the cottage offers a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, shower room and two toilets and 4 bedrooms: - A purple bedroom with a double bed - A pink bedroom with a double and single bed - A large bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 single bed - A mezzanine with 3xx Please note: - The large bedroom gives access to the mezzanine bedroom by a staircase. These two bedrooms communicate with each other. - The sheets are provided, however, we invite you to wear your towels and bath sheets. Outside: - Pool with solar shower - Pool house with toilet, barbecue, garden furniture... - Garden - Ping Pong, foosball - Swing Access to the cottage is via a small dead end road and you have parking space in front of the accommodation. If you want to stay with your pet please consult us! Guest access Shops: Shops (bakery...) and supermarkets are located 10 minutes from the accommodation. You'll also have the opportunity to discover our weekly local markets in the area (Mondays in Duras, Tuesdays in Sauveterre, Fridays in Monségur and Saturdays in La Réole) Activities: Here we are at the junction between the department of La Gironde and Lot et Garonne and very close to the Dordogne. This situation offers an endless panel of discoveries!!! For example, you can visit the bastides and surrounding villages such as Monségur, La Réole, Sauveterre de Guyenne, Blasimon, Meilhan sur Garonne... And also the castles of the region, for example that of Duras, Nérac, Bonaguil en Lot et Garonne or those of Villandraut, Roquetaillade (Mazères), Malromé (former residence of Toulouse-Lautrec in Saint André du Bois) in Gironde. You will have the opportunity to cool off in the pool of the cottage but also in the lakes of the region (Fontet, Blasimon, Casteljaloux) or thanks to the beaches on the banks of the Garonne (Marmande) or on the banks of the Lot (Clairac, Castelmoron sur Lot) Finally, we recommend discovering our beautiful rivers by canoeing on the Garonne, on the Dropt or the Lot. You can also get high by climbing at Sainte Colombe de Duras or ride a bike along the Canal de Garonne or head to Bordeaux on the Roger Lapébie bike path!
