There is a large private garden with terrace on both sides of the house. Nordstrand is a peninsular, connected to the mainland by a dam and can easily be reached by car and bus. Travel time from Hamburg: 1.5 hours By train: The IC to Westerland and several regional trains arrive in Husum every hour. From Husum you can take a bus or taxi (approx. 15 km) to Langer Deich. Nordstrand is centrally located on the North Frisian coast. By car you can reach Husum in 15 minutes, Flensburg, Schleswig and Holm as well as Tonder in Denmark in 1 hour, Friedrichstadt, Tönning and St. Peter Ording in about 45 minutes. By boat it takes 1.5 hours to Amrum, Föhr and Sylt.
