You’ll love our place because of the garden, the location, the cleanliness, the décor and the comfy beds. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The space Be amazed! It’s a little "Tardis" a lot bigger inside than expected. Inside is spacious, light, and airy, it was newly renovated in March 24 to a high standard offering modern, comfortable, and relaxed living for your stay. It comprises two bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the second with two single beds. It has a large cozy lounge with a feature fireplace, a kitchen with brand new appliances, a separate utility, and a dining room that can seat four with an upstairs hotel-style bathroom with a separate shower and luxurious free-standing bath with a heated towel radiator. We provide fans in the Summer months if required. There is also a lovely private Courtyard Garden with covered area and a BBQ for summer evenings and alfresco dining. The cottage is also equipped with a picnic blanket and Esky/cooler box for those days out by the river. We also have a Champagne bucket for chilled bottles to be enjoyed in the garden on a summer evening. The Courtyard garden has a covered seating area with a four seater table and chairs and there are pot plants taste fully positioned with pretty solar lights. There are two relciner chairs for those who fancy a sleep? The private courtyard garden with its covered area is perfect for those wanting to bring mountain bikes or golf clubs or for those looking to see Stratford by paddle board on the river which quite a few of our guests do. The garden is secure and bolted on the inside top and bottom. This gate is to be used incase of emergency exit only. We have put into place a vigilant cleaning and disinfecting regime of the whole property in between guest stays and keep both us and you safe. We like to meet all our guests where possible depending on check-in time. If late there is no contact entering the property as this is done via a lock box which will be sanitised after each guest departure as will the keys. You will find a good supply of cleaning products needed for your stay available at the property. (please do NOT put antibacterial/makeup wipes down the toilet as this causes blockages) We ask/recommend all Cutlery, Utensils, plates, and pans be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning that this is turned on when you leave, and that no items are put back in the cupboard that haven’t been cleaned by this method please. Please clean any food items from the fridge and put all refuse bin bags in the appropriate bins at the front of the property before departing at the front of the house as the house may not be cleaned immediately! Close all windows and switch off lights. We ask when checking out that you strip the beds used of ground sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases only and put them in the laundry bags provided which can be found at the bottom of each wardrobe. Your safety is of paramount importance to us. Lastly, we hope you have enjoyed your stay and will be returning in the future and will book direct and leave us a Google review using the QR code located on the console door located by the front door. Have a safe onward journey! “Please leave us an online review and take a business card for any future reservations you may make”. We have a FB page too so it would be great to have you follow us on this! Guest access Guests will have full access to the whole house and pretty private Court yard Garden. The only thing that will be locked is one half of the supersized wardrobe where we keep all our bedding and the blanket box where we store any cleaning supplies. Guests can access anytime after 03.00pm via a sanitized lock box with keys inside to the front of the house. The keys have an apple tag on them as we have issues with keys being kits before. The house is perfect for social distancing away from other guests you’d be forced to face in Hotels thus reducing contamination and risk. It’s also an ideal location for Business travellers and those wanting to order food delivery in as most of the local Restaurants deliver or offer a takeaway service. We hope you enjoy your stay with us. Other things to note The moment you leave the property there is plenty to do and see. Go back in time as you visit the Shakespearean houses and see where the Bard was born, grew up and went to School. All of this is within walking distance of your front door. The Stratford Armouries (about four miles outside the Centre) is also well worth a visit and has a lovely large indoor soft play area which is sure to be a hit with the younger children.
