The space The cottage is designed to offer comfort and practicality: ✹ Ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the living room, modern bathroom. Mezzanine ✹ floor: cozy sleeping area under the roofs. ✹ Comfort: reversible air conditioning (hot/cold), bed linen and towels provided, laundry area. 📡 Modern tools and equipment will allow you to combine authenticity and technicality, such as home automation or Wi-Fi connection with full indoor and outdoor coverage. 🚲 Discover by renting We offer you the possibility of renting bikes (muscular or electric) to explore the surroundings at your own pace, for both adults and children. Guest access Located just 10 minutes from Nogent-sur-Seine and Romilly-sur-Seine, you will enjoy direct proximity to: • SNCF train stations (Paris connections in 1 hour), • The main areas of activity in the region, • All means of transport (buses, taxis, etc.). Easy access, parking on the property. ⚠️ Important: • Dogs are no longer accepted, other animals remain (remember to declare your pet when booking). • The mezzanine staircase may be steep or narrow (42 cm) for some people. Since 2022 renovation work is underway throughout the property, we try our best to preserve the tranquility of our guests and neighbors, however there may be some disturbances on some days.
