"The Paddock Annex" is a newly renovated, small, cosy & bright annex with modern facilities. Boasting a pocket-sprung double bed with luxurious pillows and kingsize duvet, en-suite toilet and rainshower, 40" Smart TV and WiFi, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, and other amenities you'd expect from a hotel. Situated in a sunny corner you have exclusive use of a private walled garden/patio area with table and chairs. Up to four guests can accommodated when booked with other listing. Set in the heart of the beautiful Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, "The Paddock Annex" is located in a peaceful setting away from roads and noise, with sun all day (when it shines!). Renovated in 2021 (and redecorated in spring 2023), it is a bright and modern, cosy haven away from busy life, but with great links to London, the airports and the south coast and boasts all modern amenities. Set amongst acres of paddocks and open fields you can truly embrace the beauty and tranquillity of the Surrey Hills. Hundreds of miles of footpaths and walks right from the door, a 16th-century country pub (1 mile), idyllic cycling routes, llama trekking, two golf courses, wedding venues and much more are all nearby to keep you entertained. Access to London and the South Coast is made easy with Milford Station 1 mile away and Godalming station just 2 miles away (London Waterloo in just 45-50 mins) and being just a short drive from the A3 and M25. Being quite remote, access is a little trickier without a car, but if we are here we’ll happily collect you from the station. We are also ideally situated just minutes away from Clock Barn Hall and Busbridge Lakes wedding venues. The Paddock Annex is a separate outbuilding with its own private entrance. It is a small annex featuring a deluxe pocket-sprung double bed with luxurious pillows and duvet, en-suite shower room, Nespresso coffee machine, tea-making facilities, small fridge, 40” Smart TV, super-fast fibre-optic WiFi and private outside dining area for your use. There is ample parking for cars. Please note there are a few steps to navigate to get to the annex. The cosy en-suite bathroom contains a relaxing rain shower, toilet and wash basin. With the intention of reducing our ecological footprint we also provide premium “Anyah” body and hair wash in the shower which is both environmentally friendly and Vegan. Please note, the annex is small and cosy and space is a little limited. Two of our 110+ guests have stated that it is not ideal for people of especially large body dimensions. If you are a larger guest, then our other listing might be more suitable to you. We are happy for a child accompanied by an adult to stay here, but the annex only has one double bed. There is not a lot of spare space to add extra sleeping facilities for an additional child, however, there is enough space for a travel cot in the room, but you'll need to bring your own (please let us know and we can remove a chest of drawers for extra space). If you are looking for a more spacious accommodation please check out our other listings. Please note this listing is for a room-only accommodation, for two guests. If you are looking for a self-catered option, or for more people our other listing (The Paddock Apartment) which is integrated within, but separated from, the main house might be more suitable. This is a large apartment with its own private kitchen, en-suite bathroom with bath and king size bed. We also have a third listing, for up to four guests, which is a combination of the two listings together, offered at a discounted rate. This is an issue with the AirBnB website we are trying to resolve. Please note the self-catered option has a minimum of 2 nights stay due to the extra cleaning required.
