Ideally located for those wanting to explore both the city of Lincoln and the Lincolnshire countryside, Holly Farm is situated on the Doddington Estate. A traditional Georgian farmhouse with a humble and quirky nature, Holly Farm benefits from a cosy lounge, a separate dining room and a large, fully-equipped kitchen. With five bedrooms, this characterful cottage can accommodate up to 10 people, perfect for a large family or group of friends. The space Holly Farm at Doddington Hall comprises of one master bedroom, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and 1 bunk bedroom. All of the rooms are en-suite, and have been individually styled with plenty of characterful features to enjoy. Downstairs you will find an abundance of space to relax, with a cosy lounge, a separate dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a separate utility (perfect for muddy wellies!) All of the on-site accommodation at Doddington Hall overlooks farmland, offering a sense of peace and tranquility. Guest access Holly Farm is a self-catering cottage. Guests have access to the full property, and are welcome to explore and enjoy the surrounding estate and countryside beyond. You will be given your own key code and can access the cottage from your check-in time. We allow a later check out of 11am on SUNDAYS only. Other things to note A welcome package with tea, coffee, milk and a fresh loaf of bread awaits your stay with us. If you want to purchase any food or drink during your stay, our on-site Farm Shop is open daily. If you don’t fancy cooking during your stay, guests can enjoy 10% off in our award-winning Grain Store Café and Restaurant (evening dining only- excludes special events) Whilst you are welcome to walk through all public areas surrounding your accommodation, please be aware that Doddington Hall is still a working estate and welcomes a lot of visitors during the day. As Holly Farm is set away from the main facilities on the estate, you can still enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs in the property but they must be re-booked and there is a charge of £30 per dog.
