Our beautifully located apartment in Märkische Schweiz is an ideal base for exploring the unique natural landscape of Märkische Schweiz. Its proximity to Berlin also invites you to visit the capital. The space The apartment is located at the exit of the small village of Münchehofe (district of the research town of Müncheberg) in a larger apartment building, idyllically located on the edge of a nature reserve, whose residential units are spread over four floors. Our apartment is on the raised ground floor of the house. Parking on the premises is at your disposal. Please note: We only rent two rooms in the 3-room apartment. The kitchen-living room and one bedroom. They offer enough space for two people. The third room is about 7 square meters and is not rented. That's where we keep our private belongings. We ask for your understanding. The center of our apartment is the built-in kitchen with an approx. 34 sqm, sun-drenched terrace, whose dream view of the wide valley of Märkische Schweiz invites you to sit outside even during the cooler days. From the terrace it's just a few steps to the kitchen. It has all the important electrical appliances: an electric stove with four plates, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave are ready for you. The living area is furnished with a dining table, armchair, sofa and a wide range of entertainment (shelf with literature and DVDs). A 40-inch Panasonic flat-screen TV with satellite TV reception is at your disposal. There is also a Bluray player. Wi-Fi is also available. In addition, there is a bedroom with a comfortable ell+ell sofa bed (150 x 200) and a larger dresser for your clothes, as well as a small but nice tub/shower bathroom. Guest access At the back left through two small corridors is another, rather small room. This room, also equipped with a sofa bed, is only rented out as a work room, for example, upon express request. There we usually keep our private belongings when renting. We ask for your understanding. Other things to note We would like to point out at this point that the residents of the house are usually careful to treat each other with consideration.
