K2 -Summer house at Tornby, North Jutland North Sea

Lovely house. Good location in the dunes. 600 meters to a lovely, car-free beach. Good decor. 2 rooms, 1 with double bed and one with three beds, 1 bunk bed (2 beds) and 1 single bed. 5 beds in total (there is an extra mattress under the bed!). Open kitchen - renovated 2026. Good bathroom. Terraces. Smoke-free. Ocean views from the grounds from a lovely bench. Primary shift day Saturday in and around high season. Minimum rental 4 days. There is a charge of DKK 4.0 per kW for electricity and DKK 75 for water. The space The cottage is located in the middle of the dunes. 600 meters from the beach. Beautiful wide white car-free sandy beach. High dunes. The house is well furnished with a nice bright living room with an open kitchen - small freezer and dishwasher. Two good rooms with a double bed and a room with three beds, a single and a bunk bed - all beds of good quality. Good bathroom. Around the house are good sunny terraces, plenty of sunbeds etc. (dishwasher - wifi - Chromecast) Guest access Nice cottage with a good location. The sea can be seen from the top of the dune on the property. Centrally located in North Jutland, with unimaginable opportunities for excursions to Skagen, Lønstrup, Råbjerg Mile, Rubjerg Knude lighthouse, Fårup Sommerland... or just nature... the beach... the dunes... Good starting point for BMX bike rides The front door. The handle must be pulled up before you can turn the key. Other things to note Remember to bring your own bed linen and sheets - as well as towels. The sheet in the bedroom 180x200 cm. the top mattress- the beds can be pulled apart (90x200). The duvets are 2 pcs 180x120. The three beds in the second room are 90x200 cm. Duvets 3 pcs 180x120 (And there's an extra mattress under the bunk bed) Cash is paid for electricity (DKK 4.0 per KW) and DKK 75 per week for water. NOTE : It is NOT allowed to charge electric cars via the summerhouse's electrical installations due to fire hazards. Great beach and great nature. The water in the garden is drinkable directly. You'll need to clean yourself after your stay-you 'll receive a cottage neatly clean and tidy. There are cleaning supplies, etc. TV: TV with Chromecast so you can stream from tel/IPad. Danish TV : DR 1 and 2, Ramasjang😀 No youth groups are rented out. The area is a quiet area. Dog. Bringing a dog is allowed. There are a lot of wild animals just outside the cottage, so remember to bring a leash. Although if you collect the dog's leftovers 👍🏻 there is a shovel in the shed - throw it out in the rosehip bushes.😬
