It can accommodate up to 4 people. 🌆 Its location is ideal to discover and enjoy the city center on foot (restaurants, bars, shops, museums). It is located just opposite the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin (cinema, exhibitions, cellar, bars, restaurants, Ferrandi school - Paris, food shops...). The space This beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old building facing the International City of Gastronomy and Wine. Access is via a porch overlooking an inner courtyard. It has: -An open kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, hob, range hood, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster... Essentials are available to facilitate your stay (salt, pepper, oil)* -a living room with sofa bed with a real mattress* and equipped with a TV screen -one bedroom with double bed * and large wardrobe -a bathroom with shower*, washing machine and toilet -Wi-fi access 🛜 - tourist information leaflets about Dijon and its surroundings (activities, museums, restaurants, bars...) -a fan, ironing board and iron, clothes dryer, umbrella bed (provide bedding) * Shower towels, kitchen towels, and sheets are provided. 🅿️ You come by car, there are two options available to you: - free parking in the inner courtyard of the building: free and unbooked space - park at the Monge parking lot (less than 5 minutes walk) with weekly subscription at €31.40/week (daily rate May 2023). Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Other things to note IMPORTANT: 🛌 If you come to 2 and would like to use both beds, please let us know at the time of booking. You will be asked for a supplement of €10 for the preparation of the second bed. If you are coming at 3 or 4, a second bed is already provided in the price paid. No supplement will be required. Upon arrival you will find essentials to make your stay easier: - ☕️ a few coffee capsules and tea bags, - 🧻 2 toilet rolls - garbage bags, dish soap and sponge, - 🧂oil, salt, pepper. 🧹Household products will be present in the accommodation as well as cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop...) in order to let you put the apartment back on your departure.
