Prime Santa Monica location, unit and price.

Welcome to Santa Monica. My unit is located in one of the quietest street in the entire neighborhood one block south of Montana Ave. Shopping, dining, coffee shops and bars are just around the corner. A few minutes drive will get you to Palisades park which overlooks the Santa Monica Beach with its bike path, the Pier, or to the 3rd street Promenade with its beautiful Mall. Malibu is within a 15 minutes drive. Responsible guests are welcome to use my bikes to go around town. The space The unit has a great energy, lot of windows, hence is very bright and gets a lot of air. It is very quiet and peaceful. Very conveniently located near everything one can think of and is very safe. No one below or above. Just my other unit next door where I stay. So should you need anything, I an always there to address any issue. Guest access Guests who wish to use my bikes are welcome to do so. The santa Monica mountains offer great trails that are suited for mountain bikers too. Ocean Ave and the board walk with its bike path are within 10 minutes or so.
