B & B near the lake & the Baltic Sea in Little Berlin (4)

In the middle of beautiful Holstein Switzerland lies Little Berlin. Experience relaxation, exercise & nature. Start the day with our small bookable breakfast "Coffee & Snack" (of course also tea ;-) ). Use the house as a base to explore the diverse area - only 25 minutes to the Baltic Sea. Design your own individual break - by bike on endless tours through nature - by canoe on the many lakes - exploring the Baltic Sea - by beach towel on lakes or the Baltic Sea! The space The entire house has been completely renovated since 2017, and each room has been individually and lovingly designed by us. Your room is located on the second floor and has 2 bedrooms for a total of 4-5 people. In the first bedroom, there is a large double bed (the individual beds can also be placed separately) with high-quality en-suite bathroom, desk, spacious closet, (sleeping) couch and TV. The second bedroom is accessed via the first bedroom. It has two beds, each 1.40 m wide. Our house includes the guest rooms, the large sun garden and the shared living-dining room. Guest access The main entrance door has an electric lock. So, there is NO key. We will inform you of the code on the day of arrival. During your stay We live in the house and are available most of the time for you Other things to note During your stay you can use for free: Dishes, kettle, shared fridge, toaster, coffee maker (with breakfast booking) - (NO stove for food preparation). The large, cozy living room with fireplace, where you can read, relax and chat with the other guests, is available to all guests. Enjoy a small breakfast at cozy tables here in the morning - whenever you want to get up. You can book this small-fine breakfast at cost price. We have compiled a list of recommended restaurants, cafes and a good organic farm shop in the immediate vicinity for you. Please note that only slippers are allowed in the house.
