The little Annex

Light and bright little self contained apartment in a picturesque village setting. A short walk to two village pubs, and 5 minutes walk from the southdowns way, ideal for walkers and cyclists. 2 ½ miles from Petersfield town centre and mainline station to Waterloo. Bag transfer, dinner and packed lunches available upon prior request. The space Self contained apartment with own front entrance Leading into a small sitting /kitchen area with sofa, fold up table, microwave, toaster, kettle with tea and coffee supplied, fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with overhead and hand held shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom with twin beds which can be pushed together if required. Plenty of storage space, tv, hair dryer and shaving plug. Window over looking garden patio area for guests use, although you may be visited by the friendly family dogs. Dog free outside seating area at the front of the house is also available. A basic continental breakfast will be provided each night of your stay. Cooked breakfast, Home made packed lunches and dinners can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Guest access Guests are free to use the seating area at the front of the house. There is also a patio area outside the bedroom window for guests or they are welcome to use other areas of the garden but they may be visited by our dogs, Ozzie who is large and will bark to let you know it is his garden but he is all bark and no bite, and Saffie my crazy not very well behaved Staffie. Other things to note We live in the country, the mobile signal is not great but we do offer free Wi-Fi, password provided in information pack. We have dogs who I try to keep contained but Saffie is a Houdini dog! They do also bark to let you know they are there. My mantra is, life is too short for ironing, my time is better spent in my garden! We now have two functioning pubs in the village but unfortunately both have the same days off so no food available Sunday, Monday or Tuesday I offer evening meals when I can( my background is in catering) which can be eaten in the room or in our garden, weather permitting. my menu as follows; Main Courses; Spaghetti Bolognese, pasta carbonara, chilli con carne with rice, chicken curry with rice, tuna nicoise salad, Sausage cassolet with crusty bread, vegetable chick peas and lentil curry with rice, vegetable chilli with rice, The last 2 choices vegan. All £8.00 Extras; garlic baguette, cheesie garlic bread, bowl of garden salad or dish of fresh vegetables. All £2.50. Desserts; Lemon sponge pudding, chocolate fudge brownie or fruit crumble all served with custard or icecream. £5.00 I also have a selection of drinks upon request. Packed Lunches; One round of cheese, egg mayonnaise, tuna mayonnaise, sandwiches, a slice of homemade quiche, a piece of fruit, of crisps and a piece of homemade cake £6.00 Bag handling service available.
