The house has a capacity of 18+ people, with 7 double rooms, several spacious living rooms, a large kitchen that is fully equipped and can easily accommodate 18 people. The centennial house has been recently remodeled, so you will be able to enjoy the beautiful characteristic architecture and also feel the comfort of modern houses (central heating, spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms). You will also enjoy the 40000 square meters of lands and beautiful gardens: you will be amazed by the enormous variety of plants, trees and flowers of the gardens, and take pleasure of the surrounding mountains and the stream that flows at the end of the property. The house is located in the small village of Perre, only 7 km away from Viana do Castelo, one of the most beautiful cities of Portugal, with a lot of history and culture to offer. The high quality Atlantic Beaches are only 8 km away. The Region: Alto Minho has an enormous array of choices to offer you: amazing beaches, golf, tennis, swimming pools, spas, an extraordinary gastronomy, a very animated ambiance, fishing and hunting, water sports, trekking, historic villages, monuments, gardens, tourist circuits and a very contagious folk culture. The Farm: Originally built in 1892, Bento Novo was recently renovated to more comfortably accommodate our guests, but the beautiful characteristics of its buildings have been preserved. The contrast of schist and granite that can be found throughout the property emphasizes the harmony that exists between what nature has provided and man has embellished. Bento Novo’s relaxing quiet atmosphere almost makes you forget how close you are to all the action that is happening in the surrounding area.
