In the summer you will enjoy spending time in the veranda with great view of the neighbourhood, part of the Ermoupolis port, the Anastasis Hill and the majestic Cypress in the small garden that belongs to the House. In the winter the energy efficient fireplace will create a warm & comfortable atmosphere. Ideal for couples and business travellers who want to feel at home away from home. Guest access You are welcome to use the whole apartment & balcony except from the terrace. Long term guests should keep in mind that the owner may wish to access the terrace for emergency maintenance work etc. Other things to note Meet & greet point : Socratous & Aristeidou Street - We will meet you there, give you the house keys and show you around the house. Goodbye point: the apartment just before you leave - we will meet you to receive the keys back and hear about your experience. Access to the house on foot from the city center involves broad steps. If you do not wish to climb steps you can access the house by car, taxi or the free local minibus via Socratous Str. Continuous WiFi provision is subject to telecommunication restrictions in the island. For your convenience we have placed an outdoor WiFi antenna of 2.4GHz 300Mbps for uninterrupted WiFi access. Tap water in Syros is not of great quality. You can either buy bottled water (3,50 euros for 6) or use the 15lt container with the tap in the kitchen to get water from the automatic water dispenser unit (0,20cents for 15liters) in the parking of 'Doxa' 1km above St.Nicholas church. Please keep in mind that this is a private property that offers hospitality through short-term rental platforms and abides to the relevant platform guides of conduct. The property is NOT a Hotel. The premises are approved by the GR ministry of tourism (EOT reg. no.1177Κ132Κ1244601) & are currently available for short or long term touristic & residential lease with AMA 00000125631. According to the Greek rental legislation & tax system, foreign guests will be asked to provide their passport number. Greek guests will be asked to provide their ID, AFM & permanent address. Those interested in short/long term non touristic residential lease will be asked to sign a short term house rental contract. Registration Details 00000125631
