Lovely House with a big garden and a great view

Are you fond of nature? Then you are in the right place: We offer you a nice, cozy, comfortably furnished holiday house with a large garden and a great view in direct proximity to the idyllic Rhineland in the nature park Rhein-Westerwald and RHEINSTEIG. Between Bonn, Koblenz and Wiesbaden, the 320 km-long Rheinsteig, on the right of the Rhine, leads on narrow paths and demanding climbs uphill and downhill to forests, vineyards and spectacular views. The space The house is surrounded by big garden which invites you to rest and relax. The garden terrace is a perfect place for long barbecue evenings, while you will be rewarded by a beautiful view on the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a 4-plate electric stove with oven, a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a grill. Apart from the spacious dining room, the property offers a reading room, a living room with a pool table, two separated bedrooms with full-size beds as well as a newly developed attic with a full-size bed too. In one room is a playstation 2 with different games. WiFi is available in all rooms. Our region: (website hidden) The house is located at the foot of the Westerwald in a small and quite village in the near of the medieval city of Linz/ Rhine (7km). Furthermore you have good access to the motorway from where it is easy to reach Cologne or Bonn, as well as the historic Rhineland with many places which were appointed by the UNESO as world cultural heritage. The Siebengebirge and the Ahr Valley with its famous vineyards is easily reachable within 20 minutes. Cologne can be reached within 45 minutes, Bonn or Koblenz within 35 minutes by car. The Rheinsteig, which is a famous German hiking track, is a perfect leisure activity. Therewith you can experience the landscape of the Rhineland and Westerwald by feet. Your car can be parked on the property. Guest access The house and the property are completely used by yourself. Other things to note If you are travelling with a baby or toddler we have a playpen, a changing table, a baby travel cot, a baby chair and 2 Tripp Trapp chairs if required. We have a gas grill of a large garden terrace. Gas is present.
