The apartment in the attic extends over a generous 80 m². It has been lovingly renovated and is exclusively furnished with many stylish nostalgic elements. An internet connection via Wi-Fi is included in the price. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and extends over the entire attic. In the back part there are 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage space; both with two wardrobes each with interior lighting and a dresser with 5 drawers. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed with a width of 190 cm and a desk, the other with two single beds a 90 cm. There is a fluffy rug on each side of the bed. All beds are made with fresh and an additional set of linen is provided. There is a reading lamp on each bed. Lighting of both bedrooms is step-free. The large living room is on the other side of the hall. The fireplace with a round fluffy carpet in front and the comfortable XXL sofa guarantee comfort. A basket of firewood with small wood and fireplace lighters for firing the fireplace is available free of charge, another wood can be ordered for a fee. The (120cm) TV with DVD player, a hi-fi system, a selection of board games and books provide entertainment. The dining area is adjacent to the living room. Above the large wooden table is a beautiful 12-light chandelier perched, which can be dimmed steplessly. At the table there are 6 upholstered chairs with high backrest, on the side a lighted showcase with a selection of glasses for 12 persons. The adjacent window with balcony door offers exceptional views over the rooftops towards the city park from the table. The dining area is connected by a hatch with the kitchen. The high-gloss built-in kitchen consists on one side of a high-gloss kitchenette with refrigerator, including Freezer, sink, dishwasher, ceramic hob with touch control and an oven with microwave. On the opposite wall, there is a long counter with two bar stools, over three showcases with dishes. Kitchen equipment includes high-quality WMF appliances: a coffee machine, a toaster, a milk frother and a kettle. A Saeco coffee machine provides freshly ground coffee. The crockery and cutlery are for 12 people so that the dishwasher can also be fed. Two bath towels and two towels are available per person, also a hair dryer with diffuser. The toilet is separate, a stack of guest towels is available.
