Looking for a affordable, private, spacious, cozy place to stay NEAR downtown Salt Lake City & Airport, Nu Skin theater, Temple Square, South Palace , easy access to free way, 3 min to bus STOP? LOOK no FURTHER!! Our basement features a full kitchen, Master bedroom, closet AND TWO fireplaces, living area with cable TV, WiFi, Washer and dryer. PERFECT for a solo traveler, a couple or a small family. The space The guess will have access to the whole space. OK to use the laundry, but detergent is not provide. Guest access The entrance to the basement is in the north side of the house, stairs down. I will provide you with a password number in advance to open the door. Maps routes and information about the area will be available. if the guest need any information to move around l will be glad to provide. Other things to note For your information, the thermostat is upstairs. Let me know if you want temperature change . Also we have two fireplaces, one in the bedroom another in the living room. Feel free to turn on if you need too but, please, turn OFF before leaving the house. for your safety and ours. A fire extinguisher is place in the kitchen area for an emergency fire. The carbon monoxide is located in the laundry area. Also a first aid kit is place close to the dining area.
