Apartment Lella is a few minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Rovinj ("Monte Mulini Beach") and romantic historic old town. You’ll love it because of excellent location. Near by there are also many restaurants, water parks, kids playgrounds, sport centers and shops. It is ideal for couples, business travelers, families , and furry friends. The space Spacious (110 square meters) and modern apartment with 5 air conditioners, in a quiet neighborhood, will provide you a relaxed atmosphere and a complete rest from everyday life. Apartment consists of 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with double bed and the other two bedrooms are with sofa beds (for 1 or 2 persons). All bedrooms are with air conditioning, wardrobe and bed linens. There is also a modern living room with a flatscreen TV - SAT ( with english, german and italian channels), modern sofa , armchair and table. The apartment has fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, freezer, stove, dishes (glasses, plates, cooking pot, pan, cutlery included), and a dining area with a large table and 6 chairs. There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower, bidet, jacuzzi bathtub, washing machine and toilets (towels included). The apartment is surrounded by greenery from all sides and at the guests' disposal is also a garden with garden furniture and sun lounger. Terrace is covered with electric awning for shadow.
