Layout First Floor Entering the building, there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with a 32 ” smart TV and Bluetooth speaker, the indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality fixtures. The living room offers an energy fireplace and a sofa with a pull-out bed for the 10th guest. From the living room, there is direct access to the balcony with outdoor furniture and sea views. The bedroom on this level features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom offers a closet with interior lighting, AC, and a private balcony with sea views. Finally, there is a WC with a washing machine on this level. Secon Floor The second floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with a shower. One bedroom offers two single beds (0,80 x 2,00) that are joined to create a Queen-size bed. The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00). Additionally, they each contain a 32” television, a closet with interior lighting, AC, a mini fridge with a kettle and toaster, and a private balcony with sea views and outdoor furniture. Second Floor The apartment’s main entrance is reachable by stairs going down from the pool area, thus making it independent from the rest of the house. The apartment consists of an open-plan area with a second furnished living room, a 42" smart TV, and PlayStation 4, and a kitchen area. There is outdoor access from the ground floor’s living room to the front part of the house with outdoor furniture and sea views, thus making it also wheelchair accessible. The apartment’s large bedroom contains a Queen-size (1,60 x 2,00) and one single bed (0,90 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with shower, AC, and a closet with interior lighting. Finally, this level offers a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and a bathroom with a shower. Outdoor area - Α private 50m2 saltwater swimming pool (1,50 max depth) with an adjacent children’s pool.
