Our updated carriage house offers urban charm & privacy with all the amenities you could want. Separate from the main house with private entry and door code. The spacious open living area boasts full kitchen, stainless appliances, granite countertops, smart tv & internet. Separate quaint queen bedroom suite offers designer bath, washer/dryer & storage. An extra cot & linens are even tucked away in a master closet should you need! Easy walk to shops, restaurants, parks & breweries of Roswell! The space Location, location, location! Walk to everything... including all the fine dining, casual eateries, fun bars and unique shops on Canton Street. Or saunter over to Roswell Park, full of hiking/jogging trails, ball fields, fishing, tennis courts and picnic areas. Convenient to everything! Easy access to downtown Atlanta by car, Uber or Marta (mass transit) at the North Springs stop just off Northridge. Or, just enjoy the peacefulness of time away in the spacious carriage house, with a fully equipped kitchen, cable tv, internet and washer/dryer. Come and go as you please as the guest quarters are independent of the main residence. But we're steps away should you need anything. Our Carriage House is so private we often don’t meet our guests. We added a purifier system to the space to ensure air is continually fresh and germs destroyed, for the health of our guests. You’ll see it in the kitchen area. Guest access You'll have the entire carriage house to yourself. Separated totally from the main home. 3 block walk to Historic Roswell and area parks. Uber is always an easy option as well! Parking in street is allowed as well as the single parking pad by steps to the apartment entrance. Other things to note Food lovers will be delighted by the diverse culinary scene on Canton Street. From date night cafes to casual sports bars to music venues, there's something for everyone. In addition to the historic attractions, Roswell also hosts a variety of festivals and events throughout the year. From music festivals to art fairs, there's always something happening in this vibrant village. All of this is walkable or short ride away, and Uber is readily available if you don’t have a car!
