Lots of parking. Full kitchen. Living room with 2 XL sofa beds. In sports center, playgrounds. Safety devices. The space 3 cameras located in outdoor areas (terraces and 1 balcony). Used for intrusion. They do not record during the stay. Very spacious house, not shared, distributed on 3 floors and lots of natural light. Air conditioning hot/cold throughout the house. Nordic-style decor. Spacious and cozy double room. Two bedrooms with two single beds each. Living room with XL sofa bed and opaque blinds to facilitate rest. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom on the first floor with stone shower and bathroom on the second floor, with double bathtub with headrest (without jacuzzi), very spacious and with lots of storage. Covered terrace on the second floor with sofa, tables and chairs, ideal for breakfast. Very cozy outdoor terrace, with Chill Out area, Charcoal BBQ, private pool, gazebo.... Play area and toys for children. Guest access No adjoining neighbors. Private and non-shared house. PRIVATE POOL Other things to note The outdoor cameras do not record: They are used as security in case of an alarm going off - empty house or tampering with the elements. The house is equipped with an alarm.
