The cottage is situated in 70,000m2 of vineyards, aromatherapy plants, olive and pine trees and is walking distance to the Habbele beach area. Our goal is to offer guests an authentic experience whilst protecting our natural and cultural heritage for the future. Our cozy retreat features a double room with ensuite bathroom, a twin room, an additional bathroom, and an open plan kitchen and salon area. Outside, you can enjoy dining or relaxing on the terrace surrounded by vineyards and a sustainable xeriscaped garden. We are proud to be certified by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism and in addition have received a sustainability tourism certificate. Our boutique winery has recently obtained a license to produce wine, making us the first of our kind on the island. During the harvesting season in August and September, guests can even join us in this ancient tradition. Guest access Welcome to our expansive vineyard estate on Bozcaada, where guests have access to 70,000m2 of lush grounds leading down to the picturesque Habbele beach. Wander through the traditional 'goblet' trained vineyard with indigenous island grapes such as Cavus, Vasilaki, and Kuntra, spanning 14,000m2. Explore the trellis vineyard of Red Globe table grapes or stroll through the fragrant lavender and immortelle field at the entrance to the grounds. Feel free to pick grapes and lavender to enjoy during your stay. The estate also boasts a beautiful wooded area, providing a tranquil spot for relaxation and contemplation. Listen to the soothing sounds of a small stream that flows through the property, though it may dry out during the summer months. Immerse yourself in nature and unwind in this enchanting setting, where the beauty of the vineyards and nature beckon you to explore and rejuvenate. Other things to note 🚭 Non-smoking property: This is a strictly non-smoking house. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or near open windows and doors. Please smoke only outdoors and always dispose of cigarette butts safely in the metal bin provided. 🔥 Fire safety: Please note that the lighting of open fires is strictly prohibited by law during the summer months due to the high risk of wildfires. Thank you for helping us keep the property and surrounding environment safe. Please note mobile phone signals are intermitent in this region of Bozcaada. There are VERY strict laws regarding loud music enforced on Bozcaada. Please keep all noise to a minimum after 10.00pm The approach road is a narrow, uneven country lane . You’ll need to have access to a car to get here as it’s far from the busy tourist areas. The house will be ready from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the house by 11.00am Please note that we are required by law to register all guests with the local police therefore we will require your passport or TC ID documentation upon arrival. As this is an unspoilt, rural environment do not be surprised by the very wide range of wildlife. All windows are screened however some insects are very resilient and will sneak in an open door especially at night if the lights are on. Extra cleaning services can be arranged upon request.
