The space Villa Carpe Noctem is one of the two pleasantly tranquil villas of property complex, in Evia province, near Chalkida of Greece.Nestled amidst 4.000 m² of magnificent Mediterranean gardens, with a huge pool and unlimited sea views, Villa Carpe Noctem offers luxurious, private villa accommodation for VIP, family or business holidays. It can comfortably accommodate 12 people with the possibility of additional persons. Villa Carpe Noctem has 3 floors with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and large outdoor areas with swimming pool (15x8 m), jacuzzi, BBQ, built sofas and parking. It is noteworthy that the beach in front of the house is private. Other things to note The pool and barbecue are shared with the Villa Leon, which is located in the same field. The private sea is 1 minute away if you desire a swim or fishing and other sandy beaches are 5-8 minutes away. Near the Villa there are touristic beaches (Alykes) with Blue Flag and many restaurants, cafe-bars and water sports. The best way to get around is by car.
