Splendid Victorian Seaside Flat

Town centre location, 5 mins walk from station, 10 mins Castle, beach and cricket ground, 15 mins open-air theatre and 5 mins from Stephen Joseph Theatre. Beautiful Victorian features with modern twist. Sky tv, Netflix and Wifi. Double sofabed in lounge. Two bathrooms 1 en-suite and 1 outside the flat and down 7 steps, this has a bath and shower. Obviously pets welcome! The space Large lounge with large flat screen tv, Sky TV, Netflix and wifi, double sofabed, sofa, snuggle seat and foot stool with Upvc double glazed bay window, the two windows that open are fitted with restrictors. 1 bedroom with king-size bed and Sky tv package and en-suite bathroom created when we bought the flat within the space available. Fully equipped kitchen with washer, cooker, microwave, coffee machine and dining table and chairs. Second bathroom (outside the main flat door and down 7 steps) with bath and shower, this is ours and was the main bathroom for the flat before we installed the en-suite. Sleeps upto 4, 2 in bedroom and 2 on sofabed. Guest access This is our home some of the time and therefore is equipped as such, it is not a sparse holiday let and has personal items in the flat. Guests have access to the whole flat and all facilities and equipment, we just ask if anything runs out that it is replaced. Other things to note There is parking on the streets all around the flat but no private parking. When available, at a cost of £6 per night, we provide parking permits which makes the street parking free. Obviously it is a town centre location so parking is on a first come first served basis. Suggest once you have parked leave your car and walk everywhere! Pets are allowed but limited to 1 as the space is only large enough to accommodate 1. Please note the communal areas are not fantastic but these are work in progress in negotiation with the other owners. These have no bearing on the space we are hosting. It is our home so please expect to find personal items in the flat.
