Plenty of space to play (small playground in the huge fenced garden, table tennis, foosball) or enjoy the tranquility and nature of the Uckermark. The space The quiet detached house consists of two floors. The basement is divided into: a bedroom ( double bed for 2 people) with walk-in closet, a living room ( fireplace), kitchen with dining area and dishwasher, bathroom with shower and a large entrance area with foosball. Upstairs: a guest toilet, one bedroom with double bed for 2 persons (also individually adjustable ) and one bedroom with sofa bed for 2 people , with unobstructed views over the field. In both bedrooms upstairs, the one crib ( 80 x 120 cm) can be added. Overnight stay for 6 people + one toddler ( one crib) Guest access The garden and the house are available for the guests alone. Parking space and carport can be used free of charge for parking. In the carport, you can also sit in the dry if it rains outside and have nice games. A locked area to store bikes is also located in the carport. Other things to note Electricity (e.g. charging e-vehicles, e-cars, e-bikes, e-grills) is billed from a significantly above-average consumption, otherwise the electricity consumption is free of charge.
