The vacation villa is located in the "green" Recreatiepark De Posthoeve, south of the charming (brink) village of Den Ham. The park is small and quietly located in nature. The Zandstuvebos with its wonderful hiking and biking trails is within walking distance. It is the perfect base for those who like to take a nice walk or bike ride. Den Ham and the surrounding villages offer spacious facilities for everyone. The space Living Room This 9-person bungalow plus a spacious bed in the living room. (130m2 and ground floor) With central heating, a (ceiling) air conditioning and a cozy atmosphere-gas fireplace, it is good to live. The living room is also equipped with a large Smart TV with Digitenne. The bungalow is of course equipped with WiFi. Cooking The bungalow has a spacious handmade "wooden" kitchen, with all the comforts: 5 burner hob incl. wok burner; Dishwasher; Coffee maker; Kettle; Fridge-freezer; Microwave; Hot air oven. Sanitary facilities Not one, but two luxurious "Sphinx" bathrooms, each with: Shower Low-hanging toilet Washbasin Designer radiator. Due to the Nefit CW6 boiler, there is always enough hot water and never long queues in the morning. Attention! Laundry with 2 washing machines present in the park. (insert 5 loose 1 euro coins) Don't forget to bring your own towels. Sleeping The bungalow has four spacious double bedrooms, equipped with comfortable box-spring beds. One bedroom has a double bed. You will also find a "bedstee" in the living room for one adult or two children. The beds are provided with duvets, pillows and flannel as standard. Comfort This single-story bungalow is equipped with thermopane insulated windows, central heating, air conditioning and has a decorative fireplace. Terrace Gazon. The bungalow is located on a large plot with lots of space and privacy around it. At the front is a large terrace of about 30m² with a garden set. At the back, a small covered seating area.
