The vacation villa is located on the ”green” Recreation Park De Posthoeve south of the atmospheric (brink)village of Den Ham. The park is small-scale and quietly located in the nature. The Zandstuvebos with its wonderful walking and cycling routes is within walking distance. It is the perfect base for those who like to go for a nice walk or bike ride. Den Ham and the surrounding villages offer ample facilities for everyone. The space Living room This 9-person bungalow plus a spacious bedstee in the living room. (130m2 and ground floor) With central heating, a (ceiling)air conditioning and a cozy atmosphere gas fireplace, it is good to spend time. The living room is also equipped with a large Smart TV with Digitenne. The bungalow is of course equipped with Wi-Fi. Cooking The bungalow has a generous handmade ”wooden” kitchen, equipped with every comfort: 5 burner hob incl. wok burner; Dishwasher; Coffee maker; Water boiler; Fridge-freezer; Microwave; Hot air oven. Sanitary Not one, but two luxurious ”Sphinx” bathrooms, each with: Shower, low hanger toilet Sink Design radiator. Due to the Nefit CW6 boiler always plenty of hot water and never long queues in the morning. Attention! Laundry with 2 washing machines present in the park. (denounce 5 separate 1 euro coins ) Please don't forget to bring your own towels. Sleeping The bungalow has four spacious double bedrooms , equipped with comfortable box-spring beds. One bedroom has a double bed. You will also find a "bedstee" for one adult or two children in the living room. As standard, the beds are provided with duvets, pillows and molton. In all bedrooms, a Smart TV is attached to the wall. Bedding can be rented if desired, see contact. Comfort This single-storey bungalow has thermopane insulated windows, central heating, air conditioning and features an atmospheric fireplace. Terrace Lawn. The bungalow is on a large lot with plenty of space and privacy all around. At the front is a large terrace of about 30m² with a garden set. At the back a small covered seating area. Not available?
