COUNTRY HOUSE IN BERLIN BACON BELT

You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated Dreiseitenhof. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havellandradweg crosses our village. The space In the house, in the yard and in our garden you have plenty of space. Here the kids can play and romp around or you can just relax undisturbed here. In the fully equipped kitchen you have the opportunity to cook together or you can grill outside and light the fire bowl in the evening. With us, you can relax or reflect on the day, with a cold or hot drink, after a sightseeing shopping tour in nearby Berlin or Potsdam. Forest, meadows and lakes invite you to hike, cycle and swim. Ground floor: The open kitchen-living room with integrated dining area is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, ceramic hob with convection oven fridge, freezer combination, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and many more things. The large living room is comfortably furnished with a couch + armchairs, a workspace, TV and a pull-out sofa bed 160x200 cm. A guest toilet can also be found on the ground floor. Upper floor: Upstairs is the bathroom with a large corner bath and a washing machine. And of course the bedroom with a comfy box spring bed (160x200). A wall safe for your valuables can be used free of charge. We can provide you with a cot and high chair upon request. Linens, towels, shower room etc, ironing board, iron, iron, hairdryer, beach towels... are at your disposal. The apartment also has a sunny outdoor area with garden furniture. In the safe is the front door key and must get back in there when you leave. The safe key (bedroom) is in place and can be placed there again on the day of departure. Of course you have free wifi.
