Unique greenhouse cottage on the Markermeer dike

Our cottage is located in the middle of the fields, a 45-minute drive from Amsterdam. It is located on a small-scale recreational park, where we also have another cottage under the name Familie Buitenhuys. You will sleep in a complete cottage with underfloor heating and all comforts, with a greenhouse attached as an extra living space. From here you can look out over the fields and the dike on the Markermeer: the Netherlands in its purest form. Light, quirky and playfully arranged. Maximum 4 adults + 1 baby. The space Our holiday home is located in a small-scale holiday park. All cottages are privately owned. Some owners use it as a second home, others rent out their home. From the parking lot, a car-free path leads to the cottages. At the entrance there is a trolley that you can use for your luggage. The cottage (number 7) is close to the parking lot, on the right side of the path. Behind the cottage is a ditch with a fence in between and around it are trees and shrubs that provide privacy. There is a trampoline in the garden for children. It is a complete cottage with underfloor heating and central heating in all rooms. A greenhouse is attached to the house as an extra living space. The kitchen is functional and has a stove, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. There is a nice dining table and a high chair. There is a smart TV and under the sofa you will find drawers with toys and books. The master bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200 and a wooden baby cot on wheels, which can also be used as a playpen in the living room. In the greenhouse there is a sofa bed for two people and in the living room there is an extra sofa bed (suitable if the weather is less cooperative). Due to its open-plan layout, it is less suitable for two couples. The bathroom has a toilet, double sink and a large rain shower. In the greenhouse there is a fireplace for the colder months. Bring a bag of small pieces of wood with you. We provide bedding. Please bring your own towels or rent a towel package if desired. Guest access All areas in the house and on the property are accessible to guests. Because this is a recreational bungalow park, we ask that you respect the privacy of other owners. Other things to note No loud music, no parties, no smoking, no animals and no tents on the grass around the house. Do not stay with more people than booked. Please note that this is a cottage in nature. Spiders and insects may occur. We don't use poison, just natural pesticides. The municipality is working on the sewer. After rain, a slight unpleasant odor can sometimes come from the shower drain. This is happening throughout the park and is being resolved, but unfortunately we cannot do anything about it ourselves.
