Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property. Room: The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor , is covered and leads over 4 steps and the 5 sqm terrace directly into the kitchen. Living room (12 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on sleeping accommodation, sitting area, TV and access to the balcony (15 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds). Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed (Kingsize) and (only suitable under the year of 10). Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed (Kingsize) and 1 additional bed on folding bed. Kitchen (12 sqm, walk-through room) with dining area (6 seats), gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (150 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace (7 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs).
