Come stay in our fabulous rustic and historic 4 bedroom/ 2 bath waterfront cottage on beautiful Lake Walloon. The cottage includes an upstairs and downstairs wrap-around porch furnished with cocktail nook, round picnic table, porch swing and gas grill and griddle. Large front lawn continuous with 110 feet of sandy beachfront; there are no rocks in swimming area, no stairs to waterfront. Firepit. Main floor: Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Large living room facing the lake with ceiling fan, L-shaped sofa, easy chair with footstool, double shell chair, board games and puzzles. Also on the main floor is a full bath with shower and a washer and dryer. Second floor: Full bath with bathtub and shower, 4 bedrooms; two with king-sized beds, one with queen-sized bed, one with two twin beds. Both main and guest cottages share 110 ft of waterfront, so if you are renting one of the two properties and the other is also rented at that time, you will have to share the waterfront. Dock is shared with neighbors; there is possible dock space available for another boat, check with owner. Walloon Lake has swimmers itch.
