Annex with hot tub, near too beach and Lincs wolds

Beautiful self-contained apartment, attached to our large family home in the beautiful farming village of Keelby with hot tub, fire pit, and a paddle board, your our private entrance and parking space . Perfectly located 20 mins from Cleethorpes and set in the countryside of the wolds, market towns, and plenty and historic cities Lincoln and Kingston upon Hull. Humberside airport is also 10 minutes away if you want to start your international holiday early or flying in on business. The space As regular air bnb guests ourselves we know what makes our stays so special, so we have created you a beautiful space with privacy and adventure a combination of what we have enjoyed throughout our times as guests. We welcome you with a self check in but only a phone call away if you need us, we endeavour to meet you during your first day at our “New Road annexe”. You will arrive and park on our drive and go through your own gate into your own private garden with table and chairs, fire pit and a hot tub which is exclusive to you through out your stay. You have a private entrance to the house. The annexe has a well fitted modern kitchen with all the amenities you will need, if it’s not there just ask! You will go up your own staircase to the bedroom where you will enjoy a bright large airy room with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, sofa, TV and BlueRay/DVD . Your en-suite has a modern wet room. We provide you with a set of towels each, you may want to bring extra for the beach or the hot tub. Enjoy a range of DVD’s, books, games or wrap yourselves up in the blankets provided and sit outside toasting marshmallows over the fire pit or jump in the hot tub after a long day exploring. We do not allow children over 2 years old unfortunately due to safety reasons. Thank you Guest access You have your own single parking space on our drive in front of our garage doors. We have 2 cars ourselves and will always ensure you have your own space. When you arrive please park infront of the garage doors,leaving enough space to still gain access to the garage, thank you Other things to note The use of the hot tube is for sole use for our guests. We do recommend taking jewellery off when using the pool due to the chemicals The jacuzzi can be used from 8am UNTILL 22pm. And will be turned off on your departure day for maintenance and cleaning. Please respect our neighbour's privacy as we are in a residential area. Thank you We don't not suppy Netflix, Apple or any other stream sites as the tv is a standard TV... We do supply 2 bikes with helmets and a lock for our guests to use at thier own risk and we except no liability if they do use them ..
