Brand new bathroom, Industrial style flooring, tank less hot water heater (unlimited hot water, take as long of a shower as needed). Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. 2 bedrooms, each with a QUEEN size bed. These are BRAND NEW memory foam mattress. Floating nightstands in each bedroom, with led lamps and phone chargers in place. The unit over 1400 square feet, so plenty of room for up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has its own 50" LED TV with the living room having a 65" LED TV. All Tv's have Roku's attached, we do not provide streaming accounts, you will be required to provide your own for Netflix, HBO etc. Treat the place as if it were your own, you have access to everything, use anything in the place, along with the private balcony. Great neighborhood right in downtown, you are walk able everywhere in downtown and if you take an uber, the maximum charge is $4.85! Plenty of room for as many cars as you have. Private parking is provided so you're not paying $25 a day for no reason per car! You are situated right in the center of everything. Taking an Uber is under $5 as well!
