Carey's Cottage

Carey's cottage is located six miles from the Town of Smithfield on Courthouse Highway (Highway 258). Come relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on your choice of two porches surrounded by serene countryside, all within close proximity to the historic Isle of Wight County Courthouse. For more information about the area, please go to the Isle of Wight County's tourism website @ www.GenuineSmithfieldVa.com The space Guests will have a bedroom with attached private bath; access to the laundry room, kitchen and the dining and living areas, as well as the front porch and a screened- in back porch. I will be in and out during your stay. Guest access Guests are welcome in all parts of the house except the front two bedrooms and bathroom. Please feel free to feel at home. While I prefer to give you your space, I will be available if needed. During your stay While I enjoy chatting with my guests, I certainly respect their space and interaction is up to them. I will be in and out during their stay, but can always be reached by phone or text at 757.377.8649. Other things to note I have two kitties who are free roaming and enjoy bird watching from the screened-in porch.
