Enjoy a stay at our fully air conditioned two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse overlooking the golf course at La Torre Golf Resort in Murcia, Southern Spain. It is located in a quieter part of the resort, ideal for golfers or young families, being only 50 metres from two of the many children’s play areas and just eight minutes walk from the nearest of the resort’s 22 swimming pools. The space One bedroom is downstairs, plus a shower room, incorporating toilet and wash basin. In the lounge area there’s a leather corner suite, smart TV with UK channels, a DVD player, CD player and a collection of over three hundred DVDs, CDs, books and games. The dining area, with oak table and chairs, has doors leading out to the patio, with its fantastic views of the golf course. You can dine alfresco or simply relax with a good book in the shade on the day-bed. The addition of glass curtains means you can benefit year-round from this terrace. The main bedroom is upstairs, with patio doors leading to the upstairs terrace and its superb vistas across the golf-course. It has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, plus two USB plugs. Both bedrooms have TVs, plus there's an Xbox / DVD player and iPod dock in the upstairs bedroom. The upstairs bathroom includes a bath (with shower), vanity basin and bidet. Guest access Free parking is available on the drive at the property. Other things to note The resort is on the Costa Cálida, which has one of the most agreeable climates in Spain, with temperatures averaging 21º C and around 320 days of sunshine every year. La Torre boasts 22 communal pools, bars, restaurants, two tennis courts, supermarket and an InterContinental Hotel. In the property itself there's free WiFi, cable TV, a DVD and CD player, a library of over 300 films, books and games - and a sat nav to help you explore the area. Outside, we have four sun loungers and of course a table and chairs. To make your stay easier, you'll also find a sat nav in the house, with pre-installed points of interest, such as beaches, bars and restaurants. For a glimpse of authentic Spanish urban life, take a 20-minute drive to Murcia, the bustling capital of the region. Also well worth a visit is the historic port of Cartagena. Originally an important Roman port, it is now a busy cosmopolitan town.
