It's Ideal for those who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle with space to prepare and cook your own meals. Sleep comfortably in a great bed with a Casper memory foam latex mattress and luxurious bedding. There is a walk-in-closet where you can store your clothes, plus room to store large suitcases. The studio has a desk, ultra fast high speed internet and a 42" smart tv (Apple TV) Guest access The studio is accessed from it's own private entrance at the back of the house, featuring a touch screen keyless entry system. The guest suite has it's own kitchen, washroom, and is completely private from the owner's suite upstairs. Laundry Machines are the only shared amenity located on the second floor of the house. Other things to note City of Toronto 6% Tax is exempt on bookings 28 or more. Harmonized Federal and Provincial Sales Tax 13 % is exempt on bookings of 31 days or more. Please consider this at the time of booking to get the best possible value out of your reservation. The mechanical systems for the entire house including; the furnace, air conditioning, tankless hot water heater and the electrical panel are located in a separate room within this guest suite. In case of an emergency such as malfunctioning heating / cooling, hot water or electricity we would need emergency access to these systems to make any repairs.
