Not suitable for kids ages 2 - 12 (sorry). Note (again): because of prior damage to furniture and plants, we can no longer host kids between 2 and 12. I hate doing this, but it's become necessary. Pets on approval ONLY. Note: I live right next door, so if you bring a pet, I will know. Please do not sneak them in. We're very flexible, but we need to know who you are bringing. The Rowhouse 25 "suite" is the larger half of a 2800 sf duplex that sits on an entire city block in downtown Florence. Suite A is 1600 sf and I live next door in the smaller suite (B). Each suite has its own entrance and back yard, with a fence and gate between the two yards, so you will have plenty of space and privacy, and I won't bother you unless you want to be bothered. The Rowhouse is perfect for couples, reunions, and wedding parties and is equipped with a full kitchen, including pots & pans, seasonings, coffee and half and half. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, shampoo & body wash. Living room has a smart tv you can use to connect to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or any other apps you might use. Bedrooms have queen-size, memory foam beds, extra blankets & pillows. Your back yard has outside seating for 12, a lovely cactus garden, patio lighting & a grill. The entire suite and private back yard. I can sometimes be found next door with my part kangaroo, part coyote, part platypus canine, Jackson, and even when I am not there, will be available to answer any questions, address any concerns, and provide whatever you need, within reason of course :-) Florence is a very cool little town. Safest town in Arizona(!), quaint, walkable. Restaurants (new ones opening all the time), shops (the hardware store is amazing), and a great dog park six blocks away. And the winery! Thursday and Saturday nights especially, with music and food trucks and really good wine. You will probably need a car to get here, and to explore, but the rowhouse itself is in downtown Florence, which is totally walkable. The Windmill Winery is just a mile away.
