Historic treasure in downtown Florence, perfect for weddings and family visits. 1 mi from the winery. 1/2 hour from Ren Faire. Large, light, and comfortable. Note: we are booking six months out, so if your desired dates are beyond that, please scroll all the way down to the bottom of the main page, past the reviews and the map to where it says "Hosted by Marian" and click on "contact host" rather than requesting to book. Note (again): because of prior damage to furniture and plants, we can no longer host kids between 2 and 12. I hate doing this, but it's become necessary. Pets on approval ONLY. Note: I live right next door, so if you bring a pet, I will know. Please do not sneak them in. We're very flexible, but we need to know who you are bringing. The Rowhouse 25 "suite" is the larger half of a 2800 sf duplex that sits on an entire city block in downtown Florence. Suite A is 1600 sf and I live next door in the smaller suite (B). Each suite has its own entrance and back yard, with a fence and gate between the two yards, so you will have plenty of space and privacy, and I won't bother you unless you want to be bothered. The Rowhouse is perfect for couples, reunions, and wedding parties and is equipped with a full kitchen, including pots & pans, seasonings, coffee and half and half. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, shampoo & body wash. Living room has a smart tv you can use to connect to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or any other apps you might use. Bedrooms have queen-size, memory foam beds, extra blankets & pillows. Your back yard has outside seating for 12, a lovely cactus garden, patio lighting & a grill. Guest access The entire suite and private back yard. Other things to note Please check with us first about gatherings, etc. Thanks!
