Discover this newly built and charming single-level home, perfectly positioned for sunny days in Ljugarn. With a generous garden, barbecue, outdoor dining area and sun loungers, there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy long summer evenings. The large lawn invites both play and peaceful moments. The beach, tennis courts, grocery store and playground are all just a short walk away, making your stay easy and carefree. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. The space A bright and airy home filled with natural light, with large patio doors along one side of the house creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. The open-plan layout combines kitchen, living room and dining area in one spacious room, along with three bedrooms — two with double beds and one with a wide single bed (105 cm). Spacious bathroom with shower. A large lawn offers plenty of space for play and outdoor games. There is also a pool on the property, but it is not included in the rental, as we cannot guarantee water quality without being on site to maintain it.
