Master Bedroom: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom Second Bedroom: Two queen-size beds Closets: Two walk-in closets and two additional double closets for ample storage This bright, spacious unit is filled with natural light and has been thoughtfully designed for comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, including a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and all necessary cookware and serving items. All towels and linens are provided, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Other Things to Note Please note the following fees required by the condominium: Valet Parking Fees: 1–12 days: $20/day 13–30 days: $260 1 month: $260 Condominium registration fee: $30 for every 2 adults (for fobs and building registration, paid at check-in) Packages: $5 per package received during your stay Guest access Guest access & building notice Please note that the building is currently undergoing renovations. While the unit itself is fully completed and in excellent condition, construction activity in common areas may occur. Work schedules, noise levels, and access to certain amenities cannot be predicted on a daily basis and may vary, primarily during weekdays. The pool is currently open and operational; however, temporary restrictions, limited hours, or construction-related noise may occur as part of the ongoing improvements. The balcony is currently accessible; however, access may be temporarily restricted if required as part of the building’s renovation work. Rates for this unit reflect the current renovation status of the building, and we encourage guests to book with this in mind. We appreciate your understanding as the building completes these final upgrades intended to enhance the overall guest experience.
