Biennale apartment a short walk from St. Mark's

Large 90 m2 apartment, 50 meters from the entrance to the Biennale Arsenale of art and architecture. The bedrooms are large and welcoming. The living room will allow you to rest peacefully up to 6 people, to eat on the large circular table or watch TV from the soft sofa. We are perfectly equipped for you to cook. In the entrance you can leave shoes, jackets, keys and umbrellas. The towels and sheets are included. WIFI is free. The space 400 years ago, the palace was the home of the master craftsmen of the Corderie dell'Arsenale, buildings where the ropes of Venetian vessels were woven and which now host the Biennale of Art and Architecture. Our apartment is constantly being modernised, but does not lose its historical origins. On summer nights, the light sound of the Campiello della Tana fountain can be heard in the distance. Guest access - From the AIRPORT take the ALI LAGUNA boat and get off at ARSENALE stop. - From the TRAIN station or from the Piazzale Roma bus and cars take the LINE 1 or the LINE 4.1 and get off at ARSENALE stop. - If you arrive by BUS or CAR you will be at PIAZZALE ROMA. From there take the LINE 1 or the LINE 4.1 and get off at ARSENALE stop. - From ARSENALE STOP cross the near BRIDGE on the right, then turn LEFT and follow the canal for approximately 100 meters (330 feet), turn RIGHT and you will see a square (Campiello Tana) with a STONE water WELL. A restaurant is located near the well. Go to the door next to it, number 2157. Other things to note Every morning (except Sundays) the Venice waste collection service runs at 8:00. If there are rubbish bags to throw away it is mandatory to give them directly to the municipality operators in the morning. Unfortunately in Venice it is not possible to dispose of waste at other times, so it will be impossible for us to eliminate any bags of waste left by guests at other times or after check-out. We ask our guests to please dispose of most waste on their own at 8:00 am as required by the Municipality of Venice. If guests leave rubbish in the apartment without communicating a valid reason why they could not take care of it and without being authorized to do so, compensation will be requested.
