There are six bedrooms over the first and second floor, 1 x twin with TV, 1 x double with TV and en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, 1 x king with TV and en-suite shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, 1 x second-floor family room with a double and a single with TV and en-suite bath, handheld shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, 1 x second-floor double with TV and en-suite bath, handheld shower, basin and WC and 1 x second-floor single. The house also boasts a bathroom, kitchen including a Range cooker with two ovens, utility, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the property you can find a patio with furniture, BBQ, and ample off-road parking. Outside rail and hose for washing off and hanging up wetsuits. The property is not wheelchair accessible. Note: The hot tub needs to be maintained on a daily basis, the owner visits the property to check the chemical levels etc. The hot tub won’t be heated on the 1st day, as the tub is cleaned and refilled every changeover. This is a family Friendly Property, with adjoining neighbours. Please keep noise and music to a minimum inside the property between the hours of 11pm-7am and outside the property from 10pm to 7am. Please note there is no EV charging permitted at this property, the nearest Ev charging is in Tintagel in the visitor centre car park. PLEASE NOTE - with effect from Saturday, 13th July 2024 this property will accept 2 well-behaved dogs, £30 per stay - prior to this day the property is pet-free.
