The space An astonishing 10m diameter round swimming pool with wooden decking and ping pong table will delight young and old alike, as will the large, fully fenced grounds for added security, with no nuisances or neighbours. On the ground floor, the kitchen with its large fireplace and ceramic worktop has a large country-style table and opens onto the adjoining dining room, which has a hunting lodge feel and a large solid wooden table with chairs. A separate lounge with sofas, grand piano and TV is also available. There is a wc on the ground floor under the majestic freestanding stone staircase rising to the 1st floor. This floor houses the 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A toilet is available in the family bathroom, as well as another toilet (certainly one of the most astonishing toilets you will ever see ....) in the hallway. The house is situated in a small hamlet in the countryside, 5 minutes from the royal town of Nérac, birthplace of King Henri IV. It is not overlooked and is located on the banks of the river Baïse, where you can walk and fish if you wish (fishing permit required, fishing tackle not supplied). The hundred-year-old trees bordering the house will provide the shade you need for your outdoor meals.Garden furniture with tables and chairs is available, as well as a few sun loungers by the swimming pool (10 m in diameter - depth of diamond pit 1.2 to 2 m), which is protected by a barrier in summer and open from June to September. You can also park your car safely in the enclosed car park. Bed linen and towels are provided for each occupant. Final cleaning is included. They include water, electricity, bed linen and towels with one change included. Heating is not included.
